THE work of international artists will bring a “sparkle” to the district this weekend as the Cheriton Light Festival returns for its second year.

Cheriton High Street will be closed for the festival, which will take place between 6pm and 9pm on both days, and will end with a fireworks display at 8pm tomorrow (Sunday).
