We are a friendly English language school for young learners and adults situated in the popular seaside town of Margate in Kent, on the south east England. The school is an elegant historic building set in a Georgian square in the heart of Margate overlooking a walled garden.
Our School
The school building dates back to the 19th century. Located in a quiet, elegant square with easy access to the town centre, it has been imaginatively modified to suit the needs of a 21st century learning centre, including the use of Wi-Fi throughout.
Classrooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, and fitted with computerised and high-quality sound systems We offer one-to-one level evaluation and a personal needs analysis on the first day for every student.
We guarantee a maximum class size of 12 and provide a personal course report, written by the class teacher, and a certificate on the last day. We also give regular progress checks to all students.
We provide regular and systematic opportunities for student feedback in the form of questionnaires and tutorials.
The Hawley Club
The Hawley Club is a great place for students to meet, chat, have fun and make friends during breaks, lunchtimes, in the afternoons and evening. There is a pool table, table football, and plenty of fun board games.
It also serves as a venue for evening activities like drumming lessons with Rich Rhythms, salsa dancing, movie nights, quiz evenings, and our ever popular karaoke nights.
In Addition there is:

- a private courtyard for students to relax in with dedicated seating area
- a delightful park just across the road
