Catch the train to the neighbouring town of Whitstable! Visit high end boutiques in the beautiful town centre, take a picture near the famous Whitstable Castle and go for a walk along the fascinating harbour. It is a MUST GO trip for all seafood lovers.

Catch the bus with a teacher over to the neighbouring town of Broadstairs. See where Charles Dickens lived, have a freshly-made ice-cream at Morelli’s and walk along the cliff top before returning back to Margate.

The Powell-Cotton Museum at Quex Park was established in 1896 by Percy Horace Gordon Powell-Cotton (1866-1940) to house natural history specimens and cultural objects collected on expeditions to Asia and Africa.

Enjoy full day excursion to Oxford with a teacher. Oxford is one of England’s two great university cities. Visit the Bodleian Library, some of Oxford’s 38 colleges, go for a walk along the River Cherwell brushing the Botanic Gardens, go shopping, or just sit down with a coffee and enjoy the atmosphere.

Why not join one of our activity leader going to Dreamland enjoy a free ride which is included with the entry for £5. Gorilla Circus is performing at 16:30h and if you want to keep going at 18:30h Dreamland Film Club: Romeo + Juliet for extra £5. It seems to be a good plan for Friday! Join us!

Catch the train with the undisputed 'king of knowledgeable tours' Robin and visit Whitstable. Known as the ‘Pearl of Kent’, Whitstable is famous for its oysters, which have been collected in the area since as far back as Roman times. Whitstable’s distinctive character is popular with tourists looking for a great meal, walk or pub.
