In the evening, fancy trying a locally produced beer or cider in a micro-pub? Then join fellow students for a pint at one of the Margate micro-pubs and experience the real British pub atmosphere! It’s a great opportunity to talk to local people and learn more about the British way of life. Meet outside the school at 20:00 and walk down to the Old Town.

The Hawley Club will be open from 8pm for games and fun before we head off to Sheldon’s for KARAOKE! Singing and dancing are obligatory for our new students!

Catch the train with a teacher and visit Whitstable. Known as the ‘Pearl of Kent’, Whitstable is famous for its oysters, which have been collected in the area since as far back as Roman times. Whitstable’s distinctive character is popular with tourists looking for a great meal, walk or pub.
