Go to Ramsgate with a teacher and visit this beautiful town and its historical Wartime Tunnels. The tunnels were a shelter during the war for up to 60,000 people. After that, go to the famous harbour and marina for a coffee or Peter’s Fish Factory for award winning Fish & Chips.

Catch the train with a teacher and visit Whitstable. Known as the ‘Pearl of Kent’, Whitstable is famous for its oysters, which have been collected in the area since back as Roman times. Whitstable’s distinctive character is popular with tourists looking for a great meal, walk or pub.
