Why not visit Rochester today? With its famous castle, Cathedral, Guildhall museum, many historic buildings and shopping area, there is plenty to do. Meet at Margate Train Station at 08.45 for a full day out with fellow students.

In the evening, fancy trying a locally produced beer or cider in a micro-pub? Then join fellow students for a pint at one of the Margate micro-pubs and experience the real British pub atmosphere! It’s a great opportunity to talk to local people and learn more about the British way of life. Meet outside the school at 20:00 and walk down to the Old Town.

Catch the train with Robin to Canterbury for the afternoon. With its famous cathedral, universities, castle, museums and a great selection of shops, there is always plenty to do. Meet at 13:30 outside the school.

Join a teacher for a full day excursion to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Visit some of the wonderful sites or feel like a member of the royalty by visiting Windsor Castle.
