Breakfast Club
This morning join fellows students and teachers at the Hawley club for the brilliant breakfast club. With a selection of buns, croissant and coffee, all for free. There’s no better way to start the day.

The Hawley Club will be open for an hour before we head off to Sheldon’s for KARAOKE! Singing, and dancing are obligations for our new students.

Go to Ramsgate with a teacher, visit the newly opened War time Ramsgate tunnels. After that, go to the famous harbour and marina for a coffee or Peter’s Fish Factory for award winning Fish & Chips.

Enjoy a day trip to Dover with fellow students to see its famous castle. Take a tour round the keep, climb to the top for a great view of France, visit the secret wartime tunnels and watch all the ships and ferries travelling across or along the English Channel. Alternatively join fellow students on a trip to Ashford designer village.

Fancy trying a locally produced beer or cider in a micro-pub? Then join fellow students for a pint at The Lifeboat and experience the real British pub atmosphere! It’s a great opportunity to talk to local people and learn more about the British way of life. Meet outside the school at 19:30 and walk down to the Old Town.

Join a member of staff for the Lunch Club. Taste some delicious mediterranean food at Giorgios. This EiM favourite is close to the school, offering great quality food and affordable prices.

This morning join us at the Hawley Club at 08:45 for Poetry club. Listen to a poem, a brief summary of its meaning and some information about the author. Doughnuts will be available to all poetry fans as reward for coming to the school earlier than usual.

Catch the bus with a teacher over to the neighbouring town of Broadstairs. See where Charles Dickens lived, have a freshly-made ice-cream at Morelli’s and walk along the cliff top before returning back to Margate.

Why not visit Rochester today? With its famous castle, Cathedral, Guildhall museum, many historic buildings and shopping area, there is plenty to do. Meet at Margate Train Station at 08.45 for a full day out with fellow students. The price is £12.35 return if you are travelling as a group of 3 or more by train.
