This morning join us at the Hawley Club at 09:00 for Poetry club. A Teacher will recite a poem, and give a brief summary of it’s meaning and the author. Doughnuts will be available to all poetry fans as a reward for coming to the school earlier than usual.

Enjoy a day trip to Dover with fellow students to see its famous castle. Take a tour round the keep, climb to the top for a great view of France, visit the secret wartime tunnels and watch all the ships and ferries travelling across or along the English Channel. Alternatively join fellow students on a trip to Ashford designer village.

Today is a Bank holiday which means the school is closed! However that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a day speaking your new favourite Language. Join Dave at the train station at 10:30 for a trip to Rochester’s Sweeps Festival - one of the largest May Day celebrations of its kind with a fantastic selection of Morris dancing, folk music and more!
