In an emergency, contact the dentist and explain the situation, they will give you an appoinment as soon as possible.
“My Dentist” is a dental centre from the NHS which has moderated rates and expert staff who will take care of you near the school.
An appointment with a dentist
Students should just turn up or telephone to get an appointment.
You will have to fill in a basic form at the dentist with your name, age + date of birth, home address and temporary address in Margate.
You should take your passport and any medical insurance documents. It would be a good idea to take photocopies of these documents.
You will not have preference over the registered patients, and it may not be able to get an appointment straight away, as registered patients take priority over temporary resident patients.
