As outlined in our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to dismiss any student for reasons of serious misconduct, as considered by the school, without refund of fees.
We understand that in a multi-cultural environment, there will be misunderstandings. We hope that students will come here not only to learn English but also to understand about other people’s cultures.
Having said that, there are events and situations when we will need to ask a student to leave the school.
Persistent acts of racial or religious intolerance.
Persistent acts of sexual harassment.
Repeatedly being under the influence of alcohol during school hours.
Acts of violence and bullying.
Acts of theft – either in the family or in the school.
Being arrested for commiting an illegal act.
Being caught in possession of illegal drugs.
Breaking the terms and conditions of your visa.
Undermining the authority of the teacher.
An attempt to embezzle the school.
Breaking our policy on absence from class.
Asking a student to leave the school will only be taken as a last resort. However the safety and welfare of all our staff and students is our number 1 priority.
